PETS NOVARA - TERMS & CONDITIONS

Last updated: 1st May 2026. These Terms apply to the Pets Novara mobile app. 

Pets Novara is operated by Clanova Collective (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading or using the Pets Novara app (“Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. 

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service means you accept any updated Terms.

Eligibility

To use Pets Novara, you must: 

  • be 16 or older

  • be resident in the United Kingdom

  • create an account using accurate information 

  • maintain one account per person

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these requirements. 

About the Service

Pets Novara is a membership platform offering pet families access to discounts and partner offers. The Service includes links to third‑party retailers and affiliate partners. 

We do not sell products directly, guarantee the accuracy or availability of third‑party offers, or provide veterinary, medical, or professional advice. All purchases take place on third‑party websites and are governed by their own terms. 

Your Account

To create an account, you provide your name, email, county, age range, and basic pet details. You must keep your login details secure and ensure your information remains accurate. 

We may suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information, are used fraudulently, or are used to abuse offers. 

Pet Photos

You may upload pet‑only photos. By uploading content, you confirm that: 

  • the photo contains no identifiable people

  • the content is lawful and does not infringe rights 

  • you have permission to upload it 

Pet photos are stored securely, not visible to other users, and may be removed if they violate these Terms. 

Third‑Party Links & Offers

Our Service includes links to third‑party websites and discount codes. We are not responsible for: 

  • the accuracy of third‑party information 

  • the availability or quality of third‑party products 

  • errors in discount codes or expired offers 

  • transactions made on third‑party websites 

You should review third‑party terms before making purchases. 

Affiliate Networks

Some retailers pay Pets Novara a commission when you make a purchase after clicking through our app. 

When you click an offer: 

  • you may be redirected via an affiliate network 

  • a cookie may be placed to track the referral 

  • no personal data (such as your name or email) is shared with retailers 

We disclose this for transparency. 

Prohibited Conduct

You must not: 

  • use the Service unlawfully 

  • disrupt or interfere with the Service 

  • upload harmful code or malicious content 

  • scrape, copy, or harvest data 

  • reverse engineer the app 

  • misuse discount codes 

  • impersonate others 

  • upload photos containing people or offensive content 

We may suspend or terminate accounts that engage in prohibited conduct. 

Intellectual Property

All branding, graphics, text, and design elements within the Service belong to Pets Novara or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or modify any part of the Service without permission. 

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law: 

  • we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free access 

  • we are not liable for losses arising from third‑party websites, offers, or transactions 

  • we are not responsible for inaccuracies in partner‑provided information 

  • we are not liable for missed savings or expected discounts 

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any matter that cannot be excluded under UK law. 

Account Deletion

You may request account deletion at any time. When you do: 

  • your pet profile and authentication data are deleted. 

  • affiliate click data is anonymised 

  • some data may be retained where required by law

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, misuse offers, engage in fraudulent activity, upload prohibited content, or attempt to disrupt the Service. 

Changes to the Service

We may update or remove offers, modify features, or change how the Service operates. We may also update these Terms. We will notify users of material changes where appropriate. 

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
