We’re still onboarding brands, so while some pets may already have access to more offers, we’re working hard to expand for everyone. Thank you for being part of the journey as we grow.

Download the Pets Novara app and create an account by providing basic details about you and your pet. Once you submit your verification photo, your pet will be reviewed within 24 hours. After verification is complete, you can access all member‑only offers.

Pets Novara is available to UK pet owners aged 16 and over. We currently support a wide range of companion animals, and we are actively onboarding additional pet categories. If your pet type is not yet listed, please bear with us as we continue expanding.

Verification is completed by reviewing a photo of your pet alongside a daily object to confirm authenticity. Photos are stored only for the duration of the verification process and are never shared publicly unless you have explicitly granted permission for us to use the image on our social media channels.

Members can access offers from trusted pet‑friendly brands across food, treats, accessories, health, wellbeing, and everyday essentials. New partners and categories are added regularly.
