About Pets Novara

Caring for an animal is one of life’s greatest joys but it can also be expensive. Food, treats, toys, accessories, grooming, and vet care all add up, and many pet owners feel the strain. When budgets are tight, pets sometimes miss out on the things that keep them healthy, enriched, and comfortable. 

Pets Novara was created to help make that burden a little lighter.

We’re building a central home for high‑quality discounts across the pet world all in one place, beautifully organised, and tailored to the animals you love. Our aim isn’t to remove the challenges of pet ownership, but to make them more manageable, even if it’s just a small help. 

By making everyday essentials more affordable, we hope to create a gentle ripple effect: 

  • Pets get the food, enrichment, and accessories they need 

  • Owners have more room in their budget for preventative care and vet procedures 

  • Animal welfare improves when access to essentials becomes easier

My Story

I am Claire, the founder of Pets Novara. I adopted two rescue cats, Prince Caspian and Dobby. They came with upset stomachs and dental issues. I spent more than I expected on treatments and surgeries, and I learned just how challenging it can be to manage the costs that come with caring for a pet.

Today, they’re healthy loving boys. Seeing them flourish is a quiet reminder of why I built Pets Novara because every pet deserves the chance to live well, and every owner deserves to feel supported.  

I can’t fix the problem of high costs, but I can help make everyday care more accessible. What if discounts gave owners the freedom to spend a little more on their pets’ wellbeing? What if there was a space full of choice, support, and community - a place where families could share advice, discover trusted brands, learn from one another, and feel part of something bigger? 

That’s what I set out to build a home for pet families. I look forward to this journey of growing Pets Novara, to see what we can do to support pet wellbeing and the families who care for them.
