Pets Novara (“we”, “us”, “our”) is operated by Clanova Collective. Pets Novara is a UK‑based membership platform offering pet families access to discounts and partner offers. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how we handle your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share your data when you use the Pets Novara mobile app and membership platform (“Service”).

1. Who This Policy Applies To
This Privacy Policy applies to all users aged 16 and over who are resident in the United Kingdom. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16. If we become aware that we have collected data from someone under this age, we will delete it promptly.

We collect information to provide the Service, personalise your experience, and improve how Pets Novara works.
Information you provide
When you create an account or interact with the app, you may provide your name, email address, county, age range, and details about your pet such as their name, age range, and birthday month. You may also upload pet photos. These photos must contain pets only.
Information collected automatically
When you use the app, we automatically collect certain technical and usage information, such as your device type, operating system, IP address, and how you navigate and interact with the Service. This helps us understand how the app is used and improve it over time.
Affiliate interaction data
When you click a partner offer, an affiliate network may place a cookie to track the referral. We receive limited interaction data so we can understand which offers are performing well and maintain our partnerships. This includes the time of the click, the offer clicked, device type, and general attributes like county, age range, or pet type.
For a short period, this interaction data may be linked to your account using a temporary identifier (such as your user ID and IP address). These identifiers are used only for accurate reporting. When you delete your account, we automatically remove these identifiers, and the remaining data becomes fully anonymised and cannot identify you.
No sensitive or payment information
We do not collect special category data (such as health information or biometric data). We do not process payments and do not collect card or banking details.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to operate Pets Novara and provide you with a smooth, personalised experience. This includes:
creating and managing your account
providing access to discounts and partner offers
personalising the offers you see
understanding how users interact with the app
improving app performance
communicating with you about your account
sending marketing emails if you choose to receive them
We also use affiliate interaction data to understand how offers perform and to support our relationships with partners. Identifiers linked to this data are removed when no longer needed (for example, when you delete your account), after which the information becomes fully anonymised and cannot identify you.
We do not sell your personal data.

Performance of a contract, to provide the Service and enable your account.

We only share your information with trusted third‑party service providers who help us operate the Service, such as cloud hosting, authentication, and app infrastructure providers. These providers process data on our behalf and follow strict data protection requirements.

When you click a partner link, an affiliate network may place a cookie to track the referral. We do not share your personal data with retailers or affiliate networks. We may receive non‑identifiable click information to help us understand performance.

We keep your information only for as long as necessary to provide the Service or meet legal requirements.
When you delete your account:
your pet profile, authentication data, and pet photos are deleted
affiliate click data is anonymised when it is no longer needed or when you delete your account
anonymised analytics may be retained indefinitely
limited information may be retained where required by law or for fraud prevention

You have several rights under UK data protection law, including the right to:
access the personal data we hold about you
