Pet Profile Setup

Managing your pet’s details and future multipet support.  

What types of pets can I register?  

You can register a wide range of companion animals, including dogs, cats, rabbits, reptiles, birds, horses, and more. We are actively onboarding additional pet categories.  

Can I add more than one pet?  

At present, one pet can be registered per account. Multi‑pet support is planned for a future update. Adding more pets will not affect the offers you see. 

How do I unlock pet‑friendly offers?  

Complete your profile and verify your pet. Once verified, you can browse exclusive member‑only discounts.

How do I update my personal information?  

Go to your Personal Information screen to update your details.   

How do I change my email address? 

Your email is provided by our secure sign‑in system and cannot be changed inside the app. To use a different email, you’ll need to delete your account and create a new one. 

Can I delete my account?  

Yes. You can request account deletion from the Data & Consent section. Your account will be removed from Pets Novara and from our secure sign‑in system.  

Pet Verification & Photo Upload

How do I upload a verification photo of my pet?  

Tap Upload Photo, then take or select an image where both your pet and the daily object are visible. Submit the photo to begin verification.  

What if my pet won’t pose with the object?  

A pose is not required. The object only needs to appear somewhere in the photo alongside your pet.  

How will my pet’s photo be used?  

Your verification photo is reviewed to confirm authenticity and is stored only for the duration of the verification process. It will never be shared publicly unless you have explicitly granted permission for us to use the image on our social media channels.  

Login & Access

I can’t log in — what should I do?  

Confirm you are using the same email address you registered with. If needed, select Forgot password? to reset your login.  

I’m not receiving the password reset email — how can I fix this?  

Check your spam or junk folder, ensure you entered the correct email, and add Pets Novara to your contacts. If the email does not arrive, contact Support.  

I forgot which email I used — how can I check?  

Search your inboxes for previous Pets Novara emails. If you still cannot locate the correct address, contact Support for assistance.  

Technical Issues  

Troubleshooting common app problems.  

The app isn’t loading properly — what should I try?  

Close and reopen the app, then check for updates in your app store. Running the latest version resolves most issues.  

I’m seeing a blank screen when logging in — how do I fix it?  

Update the app, restart it, or switch between Wi‑Fi and mobile data. If the issue continues, contact Support.  

Do I need the latest version of the app?  

Yes. Updates include performance improvements, bug fixes, and new features.

Can I use Pets Novara on multiple devices?  

Yes. Log in with the same email address to access your pet’s profile across devices.  

Will I stay logged in?  

In most cases, yes. You may be logged out after an app update or when your session expires for security reasons.
